Amnesia Nightclub
What can I say about Amnesia that they haven't said about themselves already, not that much. This nightclub has created a lot of hype about itself, and is rated as the No.3 nightclub in the world (No.1 on the island), and I had purchased tickets for 4 here at this place out of the 7 tickets I purchased in total. On these 4 nights, I would be seeing 6 of the top 10 DJ's in the world, and many other well known artists, so it's hard to resist coming here. But still, there were some things I didn't like about the place, I paid 10 euros for a small bottle of water (close to 15 dollars), and there are two rooms in this place, the main room and the terrace, but the terrace is larger than the main room, and sometimes the main room would be packed and the terrace half empty depending on who's playing, but still, coming to this nightclub is like no other experience in the world and I enjoyed every moment I was there, but the very last night was probably my favourite as I got to see one of my favourite DJ's of all time (Paul Van Dyk) and in the terrace whilst watching Eric Prydz, I finally experienced the infamous 'Ice Cannon' where in a split second you hear this massive rush of air and then the entire room fills with this massive cloud that drops the temperature by 20 degrees, not a bad way to cool down 2000 people. After experiencing this on the final night, I thought there is no better way to say farewell to the island, and all I had time to do was go back to my hotel, pick up my luggage, then head to the airport to fly out back to Italy. Ibiza at night
Another unplanned thing to do while I was in Ibiza, since it is an island I found that there were many boat cruises available to get around to different parts of the island, some were very expensive, but you get what you pay for, and some cost next to nothing. But the one that I liked was that normally I would walk from my hotel up to Ibiza town to get a bus to the various nightclubs (which are known as DiscoBus), but instead I could walk down to Playa De Bossa and get a boat into Ibiza town, so I could do both things in one night and it's the only cruise at night. Seeing a city at night from the land is one thing, but seeing it from the water gives you a whole other perspective. Enjoy the pics below

Figueretas
Maybe I should reveal a bit about where I stayed on the island of Ibiza. I didn't stay in San Antonio on the west coast of the island which is the most popular spot for the young English tourists, or on the east coast in the centre of Ibiza town, or on the famous beach of Playa De Bossa further south, instead I stayed in a small town of Figueretas which is in between Ibiza town and Playa De Bossa so it was easy to get to either spot, and a short walk to get a bus to San Antonio, so you couldn't get a more convenient spot, and also a bit quieter than the other places which is perfect when you've been out the entire night and want to get some sleep during the day before going out the following night. My room even had a view of the sea, short walk to a beautiful quiet beach, nice restaurants and bars nearby, what else could I ask for?

Ibiza by Quad Bike
Sometimes it's the things you don't plan that you end up enjoying the most. Before coming to Ibiza, I was thinking about what would be the best way to get around and see the island, and I thought about hiring a scooter, so one day when I was walking around the streets, I came across a place that rents out scooters, and I got speaking to the guy that works there and he spoke English, he asked me “Is this the first time I’ve been to Ibiza?”, I answered “Yes”, and he said “Did you know we organize a day tour of the island on quad bikes?”. Instantly I thought “This sounds interesting”, and before I knew it I had booked myself for one of these tours which went around the southern part of the island. Only in Ibiza could you ride a quad bike down a freeway, but the advantage of this is that you can get to some places that a car can’t get to, but still use public roads to get in between all these small beaches. Needless to say in short amount of time you get to see some beautiful places, so enough of me and more photos
