8 Days to go - One last look at Sydney

Now that I'm officially unemployed (scary thought), it's time to catch up with family and friends for one more time, and also take in the sights of Sydney one more time, so what better way to do that then walk over the Harbour Bridge at sunset and around Circular Quay and Opera House. The memory of these pics are going to have to last a while, at least until I return.

9 Days to go - Last Day at work

Well, this is something that I had no idea how it would feel to leave a job that I enjoy, and it felt very surreal to being the person that is leaving, but that's the decision I have made. What better way to leave than on a traditional Friday pizza lunch, and set a new record at 22 pizza's


Mind you, this doesn't even take into account morning tea or afternoon tea. How much can we eat? Besides this, the most popular food of the day was Joe's wife home made Spring Rolls that she woke up at 4am to cook, and of course Tiramisu :)


One last look at my desk before I leave the office, more like I was kicked out because I wasn't allowed to stay any longer. Anyone with a keen eye can guess where my background is, and no it's not Italy

10 Days to go - Let the farewell's begin

This is a long overdue post since I'm writing this a week later, but I'm still going to write it. Since I'm leaving work, the guys decided that it means that it's a good excuse to go out for lunch for my farewell, which started on my 2nd last day.

13 Days to Departure

Instead of organising details of my trip today, what did I do instead? I went out and purchased the new camera that I wanted which is going to help document the next couple of months. For those that know something about camera's, it's a Panasonic DMC-LX3 (first non-Canon camera I have ever purchased, so it must be good to go to the competition), and for those that don't know much about camera's, just look at the photo below
